I. RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Cooking is ONLY allowed in rooms with kitchen. Please inform the front desk upon check-in of your intention to utilize the kitchen. Otherwise, cooking is strictly prohibited.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the restaurant, function rooms and in all guest rooms. The Management has designated smoking areas. Please see the signages where smoking is allowed. In case of doubt, please ask any Resort Personnel.
3. Guests shall be held liable for losses or damages to Resort properties caused by themselves, their guests or any person whom they are responsible.
4. The Management is responsible for the safety of the Guest's and their belongings. Hwever, the Management will not be held liable for any loss or damage of to the Guest's belongings and valuables from either their Hotel Room, the Cottages or any other place inside the Resort premises, unless, they deposited to the front desk.
5. In case of loss or damage of anything, the Guest shall notify the hotel administration thereof immediately. After check-out, no claims of loss or damage shall be accepted by the hotel administration.
6. The Guest/s shall conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the resort premise.
7. The Guest/s is requested to observe, abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable laws and government rules and regulations.
II. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME
Standard Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
Standard Check-out Time: 12 NOON
However, check-in before 2:00 pm shall be allowed only if there are available rooms with additional charge on a per hour rate. For check-out beyond 12:00 noon, a whole day charge shall be imposed on the confirmed rate.
III. RESERVATIONS
Booking or Reservations shall be made through the given office address or contact numbers during business hours. Revisions, requests and other arrangements shall be subject to availability and/or agreement with the management.
IV. MODIFYING OF RESERVATIONS
Amendments can be accommodated free of charge until 5 days prior to arrival. However, in the event downgrade or reduction in number of nights is made less than 5 days prior to arrival the resort reserves the right to charge the guest based on original booking.
V. CANCELLATION & RECHEDULING POLICY
Booking is NON-REFUNDABLE but REBOOKABLE. Cancellation and rescheduling should be made in not less than seventy two (72) hours prior to your arrival otherwise the full deposited amount will be automatically forfeited. No amount will be forfeited if made before the given period. Reinstatement of reservatios and arrangements are subject to availability of the rooms but is only allowed for one chance of rescheduling which is valid for thre (3) months from the date the booking is cancelled. Any deposity made are non-refundable nor convertible to GC (Gift Certificate). NO SHOW - If the guest(s) failed to arrive on expected date and no advise is received by the resort, A NO SHOW fee equivalent to a one (1) night stay on the total number of rooms reserved shall be imposed.
VI. PAYMENT INFORMATION
All other charges should be settled prior to check-out. Please be reminded that all reservations are considered tentative until we receive your guaranteed deposit. The Resort reserves the right to release all reservations and arrangement made without prior notice if the Resort does not receive the required deposit and all such other documents from the Client by the deadline date stipulated by the Resort. Any booking made beyond 3:00 pm, your required payment date is on the following day until 12:00 noon ONLY. Please kindly email us the copy of proof of payment along with the signed conform.
